Any
client information of any nature whatsoever which comes to the attention
of a member of the Board of Directors or a member of a Committee for any
reason is strictly confidential, and shall not be disclosed by a board
member to any other person (including other board members) except for
purposes of compliance with the Landlord’s Self-Help Centre complaints
procedure, and then only where the client has authorized the release of
such information. |

For
purposes of the foregoing, "client information" includes but is
not limited to the following: client name, telephone number, and address. |

All
board members and volunteers shall be required to sign a confidentiality
agreement upon volunteering to become involved with the Centre and/or sit
on the board, whether or not actually appointed |
