landlordconnect.ca offers a free vacancy listing and support for landlords who rent affordable market units and are interested in working with housing help services in Toronto and to housing workers who are searching for affordable market units for their clients.

Each unit you fill through landlordconnect.ca is affiliated with a housing help agency. Housing help workers act as a third party to assist in keeping tenants housed.  Housing workers have access to income support programs, specialty funds, and other services. They are there to assist both the tenant and landlord if problems arise.

The aim of landlordconnect.ca is to increase the number of affordable market units available to the housing help sector in Toronto and to create an environment where landlords and housing workers can build a working relationship.

landlordconnect.ca is a program of East York East Toronto Family Resources (EYET) and was developed in partnership with several organizations including Landlord Self-Help Centre, Greater Toronto Apartments Association and many community organizations that offer housing help services.
